If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to find a solution. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for standard returns. For damaged or defective items, LUMA covers the full cost of return shipping.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery to the UK takes 3–7 business days from dispatch. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email with further information.
